Ticket terms

Prepared under Spanish consumer law (TRLGDCU, RDL 1/2007), the LSSI and the regional law on public shows of the place where the night is held (Castilla y León Law 7/2006 in Segovia, Community of Madrid Law 17/1997 in Madrid). Last updated: 26 October 2026.

1. Who sells you the ticket

“Nocturna Events” is a brand under which nights are organised by two self-employed people. Each night is sold by ONE of them, in their own name: the seller is the person named on the event page, at checkout and on your ticket (the “Seller”). The people who can appear as Seller are:

  • Tommaso Ruzzi, self-employed (trabajador autónomo), NIE Z5570951B, Avenida del Acueducto 20, 2.º D, 40002 Segovia, Castilla y León, Spain
  • Francesco Maza, self-employed (trabajador autónomo), NIE Z4437110R, Plaza Colmenares 7, 40001 Segovia, Castilla y León, Spain

2. 18+ only

Every night is for people aged 18 or over. A valid photo ID (passport, EU ID card, TIE/NIE card or DNI) is checked at the door. Entry is refused, without refund, to anyone who cannot prove they are 18+ or who is visibly intoxicated, under the right of admission in the regional law on public shows of the place where the night is held (Castilla y León Law 7/2006 in Segovia, Community of Madrid Law 17/1997 in Madrid).

3. Prices, taxes and invoices

Prices are in euros and include IVA at the applicable rate and any booking fee. The total is shown before you pay and confirmed by email. An invoice (RD 1619/2012) from the Seller is available on request at elendusk88 [at] gmail [dot] com. What a ticket includes (entry only, or entry and a drink) is stated on each event page.

4. No right of withdrawal

Under art. 103.l) TRLGDCU the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for a leisure event on a set date. Sales are final, except as set out in the refund policy.

5. Cancellation, new date, refunds

  • If the Seller cancels: full refund of the ticket price to your payment method within 14 days.
  • New date: your ticket is valid for it. If you cannot go, ask for a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
  • Substantial change of venue or format: you can ask for a refund.
  • Travel and accommodation are never refunded.

6. Tickets, QR codes, resale

Each ticket has a QR code valid for one entry; the first scan counts. Keep it private. Tickets are personal and commercial resale is not allowed. Name changes: write to elendusk88 [at] gmail [dot] com up to 48 hours before the night.

7. At the venue

Follow the venue rules and staff instructions and accept reasonable security checks. No dangerous items, outside alcohol or illegal substances. Breaking these rules allows refusal or removal without refund.

8. Liability

Each night has the public liability insurance the applicable regional law requires. Nothing here limits your statutory rights or any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Your data and our emails

Your data is handled as described in the privacy policy. As a buyer you may get occasional emails about similar Nocturna nights (LSSI art. 21.2). You can refuse them at checkout, through the link in every email, or by writing to elendusk88 [at] gmail [dot] com.

10. Complaints, law, courts

Write to elendusk88 [at] gmail [dot] com (we answer within 7 days). Complaint forms are available, and you can use the consumer arbitration system. Spanish law applies; the courts of your own domicile have jurisdiction.
