Refunds

A summary. The ticket terms prevail. Last updated: 26 October 2026.

  • No 14-day withdrawal: tickets are for a set date (art. 103.l TRLGDCU). Sales are final.
  • If the night is cancelled: automatic full refund of the ticket price within 14 days.
  • If the date changes: your ticket stays valid. If you cannot go, ask for a refund at elendusk88 [at] gmail [dot] com within 14 days of the announcement.
  • If the venue or format changes substantially: you can ask for a refund.
  • Not refunded: travel, accommodation, entry refused for being under 18, intoxication or breaking venue rules.

How refunds are paid

To the card you paid with, through Stripe, by the Seller of that night. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days.
