2. What this website is for

Information about Nocturna nights in Segovia and Madrid, and online sale of tickets for them. Every night is 18+ and photo ID is checked at the door.

3. Conditions of use

Using this website means accepting this notice, the ticket terms, the privacy policy and the cookie policy. Do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with it, try to reach restricted areas, or resell tickets without permission.

4. Intellectual property

The Nocturna name, wordmark, design, code and content belong to their owners or are used under licence. Do not copy them or use them commercially without written consent.

5. Liability and complaints

Each night is covered by the public liability insurance required by the regional law on public shows of the place where the night is held (Castilla y León Law 7/2006 in Segovia, Community of Madrid Law 17/1997 in Madrid). Complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available. You can also write to elendusk88 [at] gmail [dot] com or use the consumer arbitration system (Junta Arbitral de Consumo). Your statutory consumer rights are never affected by this website.
